At Gracien Sartorial, we hold our craftsmanship to the highest standards of British tailoring. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, our returns process is fully compliant with UK statutory consumer protections.
1. Right to Cancel – Statutory 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your online order for any reason within 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

Notification: To exercise your right to cancel, you must explicitly inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email to help@graciensartorial.store before the 14-day period expires.

Condition of Merchandise: Items must be returned unaltered, unworn, in their original condition, and with all Gracien Sartorial tags and premium packaging intact. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the reimbursement for any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the items to our designated UK facility. We strongly advice using a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery.
2. Statutory Refund Timeline & Delivery Charges
If you decide to cancel your contract within the permitted framework, we will issue a full reimbursement.

Scope of Refund: The refund will cover all payments received from you, including the costs of our standard delivery option. Please note that any premium or expedited delivery charges chosen by you above our standard rate are non-refundable.

Timeline: In compliance with UK statutory requirements, the refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than:

14 days after the day we receive the returned merchandise back at our facility, or

14 days after the day you provide verifiable evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.

Payment Method: Reimbursements will be issued using the exact same method of payment utilized for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods supplied by Gracien Sartorial must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and precisely as described. If any garment or accessory fails to meet these criteria, you are entitled to the following legal remedies:

Short-Term Right to Reject (Up to 30 Days): If your item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly delivered, you have an absolute right to reject the goods and demand a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Repair or Replacement (After 30 Days): If a manufacturing fault develops after the initial 30-day window but within 6 months of delivery, you are entitled to request a complimentary repair or replacement. If the repair or replacement is unsuccessful or impossible, you may then claim a full or partial refund.

Exclusions: This policy does not cover faults arising from natural wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or dry-cleaning methods that deviate from our care instructions.
