At Gracien Sartorial, we commit to ensuring that our premium garments and bespoke pieces are delivered to your destination with the utmost care, security, and discretion. Our shipping procedures are structured to offer an exemplary service while fully protecting your statutory consumer rights.

Please Note: Gracien Sartorial operates exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not accept international orders or dispatch to addresses outside of the UK.


1. Dispatch & Handling Timelines

  • Ready-to-Wear Items: All orders for items currently in stock are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days following successful payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the subsequent business day.

  • Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items: Tailored or personalised commissions carry individual production timelines as detailed on the specific product page. These items are exempt from our standard processing times.

2. UK Domestic Shipping Methods, Timeframes & Fees

We offer premium tracked courier services across Mainland UK, the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Isle of Man.

3. Secure Tracking & Signature upon Delivery

To safeguard your investment and guarantee our high standards of service, all Gracien Sartorial deliveries require a mandatory signature upon receipt by an adult aged 18 or over. Once your order is dispatched, a unique tracking number will be emailed to you immediately to monitor your parcel's progress in real-time.

4. Transfer of Risk, Loss, and Damage (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

In strict accordance with Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains entirely with Gracien Sartorial until the physical items come into your possession, or into the possession of a third party independently nominated by you (such as a designated neighbour or concierge).

  • If you explicitly instruct the courier service to leave the parcel in an unattended 'Safe Place', the legal risk transfers entirely to you at the moment the courier completes the drop-off.

  • Missing or Damaged Parcels: If your tracking status states 'Delivered' but you have not received your goods, please report this to our concierge team at help@graciensartorial.store within 7 days so a formal investigation can be launched with the carrier.

5. Statutory Right to Resolve Delayed Deliveries

By default under UK e-commerce law, delivery must take place within a maximum of 30 days from the date of order confirmation, unless a different timeframe has been mutually agreed upon (e.g., for bespoke tailoring).

  • If we fail to deliver your items within this 30-day window or a separately agreed period, you hold the legal right to specify a reasonable alternative deadline.

  • If we subsequently fail to meet this extended deadline, you are entitled to terminate the contract immediately.

  • Upon termination due to a delayed delivery, a full reimbursement of all monies paid (including standard delivery charges) will be processed within 14 days.
